Moscow, Russia

CHRISTIAN RADIO FOR RUSSIA:

Dr. Daniel Johnson, serves as president of CRFR and manages the operations of the NEW LIFE RADIO network. Oversight of CRFR is provided by a board of directors with experience in supporting Christian radio endeavors in Russia. The group's history includes broadcasting to the former USSR from Alaska; developing the first Christian FM radio station in Russia; and launching Russia's first nationwide Christian satellite radio network. CRFR is a registered 501(c)3 non-profit organization under the State of Illinois.

CRFR encourages US-based denominations with mission activities in Russia & Ukraine to consider financial partnership with NLR.

CRFR is committed to raising a minimum $15,000 EVERY MONTH to keep NEW LIFE RADIO on the air! We are looking for ministry partners to help with the following mission needs for NLR:

JULY 2008 UPDATE:

Consider partnering with us to sponsor the following:

EQUIPMENT replacement: NLR needs roughly $30,000 to purchase new radio equipment to replace our aging on air radio consoles, computers, and other radio studio gear, much of it nearly 10 years old and starting to fail.

We are looking for sponsors to cover the  $630 expense each month for a fiber optic line to connect NLR studios to our satellite earth station.

    Ongoing costs and partnership opportunities:

1. KEEPING NEW LIFE RADIO ON THE AIR: * Support of individual NLR full time on air staff: $1300/month (Moscow) (NLR immediately needs 2 weekend staff for $500/month) and 2 overnight staff for $1150/month) * Support for NLR's station rent ($700/month)

WE NEED YOUR PARTNERSHIP to support NLR's worldwide Internet audio broadcast. Minimum needed: $900/month. CRFR can extend NLR programs TO AN UNLIMITED WORLDWIDE INTERNET AUDIENCE FOR THIS PRICE.

Thanks so much for helping keep our equipment working so we can broadcast the Gospel 24/7 without interruption!

Christian broadcasting via satellite
is an effective tool for the Slavic church
as they seek to evangelize and disciple the people
of Russia, Ukraine, and the former USSR.

In a land stretching across 11 time zones
with few religious stations available,
NLR is a critical service for the Slavic Christian
community, and can be adapted to provide
worldwide outreach to Russian-speakers.

CRFR works on behalf of the entire Christian
community, and without denominational financial
support, provides a means for effective cooperation
among the majority of denominations in Russia
by sponsoring this communication infrastructure

Please consider partnering with CRFR today!
