NLRI, as a mission tool of service for carrying out the Great Commission delegated by our Lord Jesus Christ, follows the guidelines of the Apostle’s Creed and Nicene Creed which is sufficient in its expression of what we believe: The Apostle’s Creed states;
“We believe in God the Father Almighty, maker of heaven and earth, and in Jesus Christ, His only begotten Son, our Lord, who was conceived by the Holy Spirit, born of the virgin Mary, suffered under Pontius Pilate, was crucified, dead, and buried. He descended into Hades. The third day He rose again from the dead. He ascended into heaven and sits on the right hand of God the Father Almighty. From there He will come to judge the quick and the dead. We believe in the Holy Spirit, the Holy Christian Church, the Communion of Saints, the forgiveness of sins, the resurrection of the Body, and the life everlasting.”
NLRI and NEW LIFE RADIO in Odessa affirms the Bible as the sole authority on issues of faith, doctrine, and conduct and champions Paul’s statement in 2 Timothy 3:16-17 All Scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness, that the man of God may be complete, thoroughly equipped for every good work.
NEW LIFE RADIO broadcasts what the Scriptures state from Genesis Chapter 1 through Revelation 22. We are not a church body, but a media resource to transmit the Scriptures , the historic Christian faith and sound theological doctrines through expository teaching while avoiding denominational bias. We affirm that ultimately, the Scriptures interpret Scripture. We are dedicated to calling mankind to be reconciled to Christ, but mindful of John 6:44: “No one can come to Me unless the Father who sent Me draws him; and I will raise him up at the last day.” NEW LIFE RADIO configures its activities to the proclamation of the Gospel and properly teaching the Slavic Church internationally.
NLRI and NEW LIFE RADIO partners with Christians within the mainstream of the Protestant Reformation–without regard to denominational affiliation–who share a common faith and understanding in Jesus Christ, proclaiming His lordship and sovereignty; salvation by grace through faith alone; Christ’s millennial Kingdom reign; and a commitment to broadcasting the Good News through the means of radio and diverse telecommunications media to the Slavic world.
